It's October the 25th now, so I must say this image is now outdated. What were tootles doing in the past and where are they NOW!?!
I don't know what tootles are so I can't say where they are now, not immediately anyway.
They are in the left of your image ... tiny red electrical tootles with arms and legs or just legs ... I can see them out of the corner of my eye NOW!!!!
Oh THEM, I see now.
